All orders placed on ZionGraphicCollectibles.com are processed and shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
We ship all domestic orders via reliable carrier service with full tracking. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. Processing time of 1–2 business days applies to all orders before they leave our facility.
We offer overnight shipping to any address within the continental United States for a flat rate of $150.00. Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) local time to guarantee next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched the following business day.
Every order is packed with care using materials suited to graphic collectibles — including rigid mailers, board backing, and protective sleeves where applicable. Fragile items are labeled accordingly and high-value orders may be double-boxed for added protection.
A tracking link will be emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@ziongraphiccollectibles.com with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or 48 hours after the expected delivery date for lost shipments). To process your claim, we ask that you retain all original packaging, photograph any damage or incorrect items, and email the photos along with your order number to support@ziongraphiccollectibles.com. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
During peak seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and major convention periods, processing and delivery times may be extended by 1–3 additional business days due to elevated carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early during these windows, or selecting overnight shipping if your deadline is firm.
